Booking
and Confirmation Policy :
A deposit of 10% of the cruise price will confirm bookings,
unless amended by mutual agreement. The balance of all
fares should be paid not later than 45 days prior to departure
date.
Cancellation:
The following cancellation penalties apply unless amended
by agreed local conditions.

If
any cruise is cancelled prior to departure, First Party’s
liability is limited to refund the monies received at

cruise itineraries described are subject to change
due to bad weather & sea condition, availability
of safe locations for anchoring, government regulation
and other factors beyond company’s control. |

This
cruise program is intended for person in reasonably
good health and without any physical disability
or handicap, which may be hazardous to the person
him / herself or to other passengers. |

Definite
departure with minimum 6 passengers |
| 4 |
The
company reserves the right to cancel a trip (notification
6 weeks prior departure date) due to an insufficient
number of passengers. If any cruise is canceled
prior to departure date, the company’s liability
is limited to refund the money as received before
departure. |
Responsibilities
:
The responsibility of First Party and/or its agent is
limited. First Party and/or its agent cannot be responsible
for any extra costs or losses resulting from any damage,
expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or cancelled
transportation service, change of flight schedule, strikes
or other conditions beyond First Party’s and/or
its agent control. |
